Team Homework

All students who elected to play on the chess team and in the competitive playing groups A, B, and C are required to do about 30 minutes of homework per week.  Any students playing in the recreational playing groups D - H are welcome to do the homework as well, but it is not required.  Each completed homework set is worth 3 points.

For 2003-2004, the team homework is to complete John Bain's Chess Tactics for Students.  Students may borrow the workbook from the chess club and put all their answers in a notebook, or they may buy a copy of the workbook for $10.  The homework schedule is as follows.  Students may work ahead if they wish.
