The Klein Back-to-School tournament is this Saturday, August 16th.  It is the first scholastic tournament of the season.  Many of the kids have worked hard on their chess over the summer by attending camp and the Thursday night program.  I would love to see lots of them participate this Saturday, before soccer games and the like make it hard to field a big team in the fall.
