Saturday at Willowridge High School (16301 Chimney Rock, Houston), go to

and click on the appropriate flyer on the tournament schedule. In brief,
you need to pay me for the tournament. I have already mailed a check for
4 teams and will settle up with Mr. Liptrap on any extras later. You need
to be at the tournament site by 8:30 am. We are only playing 4 rounds, so
they are expecting trophies to be given out a little earlier - about 3:30
pm. The flyer has the following map:  January Tournaments For those who can make it, I would recommend both the Village School (VS) tournament, January 10th, and the Klein Winter Scholastic (KWS), January 24th, as warm ups for the regional and state meets in February and March. Now is not too soon to sign up. The Village School tournament is limited to 180 participants and the entries are due before we get back from winter break. There are no unrated divisions in the VS tournament. Everyone must have a USCF membership. Fliers with entry forms are available for both tournaments on our web site. For these tournaments, it is your responsibility to mail your own entry form. They do not go through me. Remember to get the regionals and state meets on your calendars now. The dates are February 21 and March 27-28th. Martha
