Winter Break Practice

Sent 12/20/03

I have the following kids registered for the winter break practice from 9 am to 12 Noon on Monday (12/22) and Tuesday (12/23) with Coaches Larry and David.  Directions to the Houston Chess Club follow.  We can take up to 20 kids total, so we are opening registration up to siblings and friends.  Remember, this is strictly tournament practice, no beginners.  They must already know how to play.

If for some reason your child can not attend.... change of plans,...  illness,.... please let us know.  The fee for the 6 hours of practice will be $20.  If you have not paid yet, please make your checks out to T. H. Rogers and bring it Monday morning.  Cash is also acceptable.

Remember, you must park, walk in and sign your child in just as if you were taking him or her to camp at the science museum or something.  Ditto for picking them up.  I also require that you leave an emergency phone number on the sign in form.  These are standard safety precautions.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  Directions to the Houston Chess Club can be found below.
