Need Help at Chess Tomorrow September 19, 2005 |

Dear Families,
If you have not signed up for a volunteer spot, please consider helping out at chess tomorrow. Currently, I have no one signed up to help. Also, our paid help, Ms Deborah and Ms. Joyce, have a meeting that starts at 2 pm. They will not be available in time to get the popcorn popped and snacks out by 3 pm. They usually start setting up no later than 2:30 pm. Therefore, I could use 3-4 people tomorrow. Please let me know if you can come. We start setting up at 2:15 pm. Thanks, Martha |
