Tournament Setup on Friday

Dear Families,

I spoke with Yachin Bao, our volunteer coordinator, today about who had signed up to set up this Friday. So far, we only have a couple of people. We can't do this by ourselves. I need many more folks to help out! While we will start setting up at 3 pm, which is the earliest we can get into the gymnasium, we will be working for several hours. (Several depending on how much help I have). Please consider coming even if you can't start at 3 pm. If you can't get there until 4:30 or so (families picking up kids at the end of chess class?) that will still be a great help. Last year, we had a big team and we were done by 6 pm. A couple of years earlier, I had very few people and didn't get out of there until 10 pm. That was horrible.

So let me or Yachin (DrYachinBao@yahoo.com) know if you can come, even if it is just for a couple of hours.
