rating under 2200 average.
One alternate per team permitted. The lowest rated player shall be the
alternate. Ratings based on Dec. 1999 USCF annual rating supplement.
$1000 in prizes based on
12 team entries.
First Place: $450 + trophy, Second Place: $250;
Top Team under 1900 average rating: $200 + trophy, Second Place
$100.
